Completed the third video this week. I faced some challenges transitioning the earth into the zoomed out version because I used two compositions for both sides of the planet rather than just zooming in on it to begin with. Although it was really frustrating, it worked well and I got the effect that I desired.

I decided to do a circle shape to mimic the shape of the Earth. It also works well with the data as it varies quite extremely in its sizes. For example... the size of the United States versus the size of Colombia's circle.

After finishing up the third video, I began working on the fourth. This video was to be about differences in emoji uses in between men and women, but I was having difficulty with my source material. The original data set that I had chosen was not strong enough to show in a visual manner because they would just look too similar. I went looking for a new data set and I landed on this, https://www.atlantis-press.com/proceedings/conaplin-19/125938668. This journal covered the nuances in the usage of emojis in between men and women's emoji usage. A greater focus on what tendencies each party has rather than usage cases in terms of emoji, which ended up being more similar.

Shown below is the art board in progress as I work towards the fourth video.
